Do you take reservations and what does it cost to reserve a space?
Reservations are taken depending on availablility. Please call your nearest Affordable Storage location and see what is available.
What are your office hours?

What hours can I access my belongings?
24 hour access is available for you to be able to enter your unit.
Can I store a Car, Boat, RV, Camper, or Trailer?
Yes, most of our locations will be able to accommodate you?
Where can I buy boxes and moving supplies?
All of our locations offer a variety of boxes and moving supplies.
What size storage space do I need?
Click on the “What Size Space?” link on our website for a description of what each unit size will hold or call our helpful staff at any of our locations with a general list of what you are storing for help.
Do I get a lock when I rent a storage unit?
You supply your own lock or you can purchase a new lock in a sealed package at any of our locations. We recommend you buy a disc lock for added security.
How can I make a payment?
We take payments by mail, in the drop box at each location, in person during office hours, online or for your convenience; you can sign up for “Auto-Pay” which will automatically deducted your monthly payment from your checking account or credit card.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, & Discover. Cash-Only in person with receipt. Cash is not accepted in any drop locations.
What is the minimum amount of time I can rent a unit?
Our minimum lease agreement is one month.
How much notice must I give to move out?
Each rental period is 30 days so we require 30 days written notice to move out. Please complete our Notice to Vacate form you received when you signed up.
How do I give notice if I only need the unit for 30 days?
Just let us know when you move in that you only need the unit for 30 days by completing our Notice to Vacate form and we will note your account you have given us proper notice.
What if I have given notice to move out and I change my mind?
No Problem, you are welcome to stay. Please remember to give us 30 days notice the next time you plan to move out by completing our Notice to Vacate form.
Should I buy insurance?
If it’s worth storing you should insure it. You can purchase insurance at any of our staffed locations or check with your insurance agent. Please be aware that many home owner’s policies do not cover your belongings while in storage. You are responsible for purchasing insurance if you want any reimbursement for any form of loss or damage. We do not insure your belongings.
Do you help me load my storage unit?
We are not a moving company but we can help you find an experienced mover who will be happy to help in all aspects of your move.
